Inviting me into this very intimate space is trust from you and an honor I dont take lightly.  As your doula my goal in working with you and your birth partner is to educate, guide, advocate, support and n0urish. 

Here is what our time together will include at a glace

Package 1   $1800

• High level communication.  Check in's,  online, text and phone support as needed before AND after baby has arrived.

• One pre-recorded online mini baby feeding  class (3 hours) &  One live online birth class.  I consider my birth class to be the meat and potatoes (see, thats my Minnesota coming through) on how to accomplish a vaginal birth and discuss empowering belly births for when that's the best for pregnant person or your baby. 

• One on line  pre natal to discuss your birth prefrences and get to know the medical things around your birthing facility

• One in person Home visit for belly mapping and work with your birth partner on comfort techniques and massage in labor. 

• Some serious kiss ass  Labor and Birth suppot (along with some sweet and high quality photos if desired and time allows)

• One 90 min  in home post- partum visit.   This will give us time to debrief about the birth and troubleshoot some newborn or baby feeding concerns

• One large mason jars of the worlds best Post-partum broths (restore and repair medicinal ingrediants added to bone broth *Veggie available as well* tailered to the type of labor and birth you had
